Union Minister Kiren Rijiju Stresses Timely Formalities for Smooth Haj 2026; Last Date is 31st July 2025

New Delhi | In an important announcement, Union Cabinet Minister for Minority Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs, Kiren Rijiju, has urged all Haj aspirants for the year 2026 to complete their applications at the earliest. The appeal was made through his official social media handle, where he emphasized the need to follow the strict deadlines set by the Government of Saudi Arabia.
Kiren Rijiju stated, “This year we have received very strict timeline from the Government of Saudi Arabia for Haj arrangements. In view of this, it is extremely important that we complete all formalities well in time.”
He requested all interested pilgrims to apply immediately through the official website of the Haj Committee of India or the Haj Suvidha mobile app. The last date to submit Haj 2026 applications is 31st July 2025.
The minister further advised, “Please do not wait till the last moment. All details including eligibility conditions and terms are available on the Haj Committee of India website.”
