He expressed deep sorrow for the victims and prayed for the fast recovery of the injured. Maulana Arshad Madani clearly stated that there is no place for terrorism in Islam. He said that terrorism is like a dangerous disease, which is completely against the peaceful teachings of Islam. Every true believer should speak out against such violent acts.

Maulana Arshad Madani said it is wrong to give this tragedy a religious colour. He pointed out that among the people who died, there was also a Muslim. Reports from the ground show that local residents came forward to help the victims, without asking about their religion. They saved lives by taking the injured to hospitals, even though they had no official support or ambulance services at that time.
He praised the people of Kashmir for showing true humanity. They came out of their homes and helped the wounded with great courage. This selfless behaviour is a great example of brotherhood and kindness.
