Rahul Gandhi Expresses Gratitude and Vision for India’s Future at Rae Bareli

Rae Bareli | In a heartfelt address to the gathering in Rae Bareli, Congress Leader and Rae Bareli MP, Shri Rahul Gandhi, expressed his sincere gratitude towards the hardworking individuals in Rae Bareli and Amethi. He acknowledged their efforts, which brought victory to the Congress Party in these regions. Gandhi also extended his thanks to the Samajwadi Party, appreciating their collaboration in the Uttar Pradesh elections.
“I have witnessed, for the first time, the unity within the India Alliance, where every worker from both the Congress and the Samajwadi Party stood together and fought as one,” Gandhi remarked. He emphasized that the people of Uttar Pradesh have made a clear statement against hatred, violence and arrogance.
Highlighting the responsibilities that lie ahead, Gandhi urged Congress leaders, workers, MLAs and MPs to remain humble and avoid the pitfalls of arrogance. He stated, “This is just the beginning. India has sent a message rejecting Narendra Modi’s vision of governance. We desire a nation filled with love and progress, devoid of unemployment and violence.”

Rahul Gandhi boldly claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi narrowly escaped defeat in Varanasi. He suggested that had Priyanka Gandhi contested from Varanasi, Modi would have faced a significant loss. “I say this not out of arrogance but because the people of India have clearly shown their discontent with Modi’s politics,” he added.

Addressing critical national issues, Gandhi called for focus on unemployment, inflation and the welfare of farmers and laborers. He voiced opposition to the Agniveer scheme, stating, “We have an army sitting in Parliament House and even from the opposition, we will strive to cancel Agniveer.”
Expressing his deep appreciation, Gandhi thanked his sister, Priyanka Gandhi, for her relentless efforts during the Rae Bareli election campaign. “My sister worked tirelessly, sleeping only two hours a night. I sincerely thank her for her dedication,” he said.

Concluding his speech, Gandhi hinted at a new idea he plans to share in the future, leaving the audience with a sense of anticipation.
In his address, Rahul Gandhi conveyed a vision for a future built on love, unity and progress, setting a hopeful tone for the Congress Party’s path forward.
