New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the people of India to celebrate National Handloom Day by promoting the country’s rich and diverse handloom heritage.

In a message shared on the social media platform X, the Prime Minister encouraged citizens to post videos featuring their favourite handloom products. He also invited people to share “Get Ready With Me (GRWM)” videos while wearing handloom clothes to highlight India’s traditional textiles.

The Prime Minister said that National Handloom Day is an opportunity to make India’s handloom diversity more popular across the country and the world. He urged everyone to actively participate in the campaign by showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of Indian handloom products.
