Challakere (Chitradurga) | Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah expressed his strong confidence in the Congress party’s success in the upcoming by-elections, which is going to be held on November 13 in three constituencies Channapatna, Sandur and Shiggaon. In a recent social media post, he stated, “I have hundred percent confidence about Congress’s victory in by-election. We are going to win in three fields.”

Siddaramaiah also addressed controversial remarks made by BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal, his shocking statement against his party leaders. He alleged that a leader with ambitions to become the chief minister has set aside Rs 1000 Crore to overthrow the state government. “Whose money is thousand crores they say? This could be black money right? They said that they will use this black money of corruption to overthrow the government. This kind of Yatnal doesn’t have the morality of talking about us,” Siddaramaiah retorted, questioning the source and morality behind such statements.

In another important update, Siddaramaiah spoke about the heavy rainfall that Bangalore has been experiencing. He assured the public that all necessary precautionary measures have been taken to manage the situation. “Heavy rainfall in Bangalore, all precautionary measures have been taken in the city. Rainfall beyond expectations over the past couple of days is causing a slight traffic problem. Notice has been given to concerned officers to handle this properly,” he said, ensuring that efforts are being made to mitigate any inconvenience caused by the weather.

These statements were made during his interaction with media representatives in Challakere, emphasizing both his confidence in the party’s electoral prospects and the government’s proactive approach to civic issues.
