INDIA Alliance Confident of Winning 295 Seats in Lok Sabha Elections, Says Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge

New Delhi | Leaders from the INDIA Alliance gathered today at the residence of AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge. Following a two-and-a-half-hour meeting, Kharge addressed the media, sharing key points of their discussion. The primary focus was on the precautions to be taken on counting day. Kharge stated, “We have also discussed with all the parties about what strategy we should adopt on the day of counting of votes.”

Mallikarjun Kharge emphasized the importance of vigilance, stating that all INDIA Alliance parties have instructed their workers to remain in the counting halls until all formalities are completed on June 4th.

Expressing confidence in their prospects, Kharge asserted that the INDIA Alliance is poised to win at least 295 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. He urged the public not to be swayed by the BJP’s narrative. “The INDIA Alliance will win at least 295 seats. This is based on our assessment,” he declared.

Kharge explained that their assessment is grounded in feedback from the people, contrasting it with what he described as the ruling BJP’s manipulated government exit polls. “We are winning more than 295 seats. Nothing less than that. This is a survey of the people. The people have given this information to our leaders,” he said. He also accused the government’s surveys and media allies of inflating figures to mislead the public. “We want to tell you about the reality,” Kharge concluded.

The INDIA Alliance remains optimistic and focused as they approach the final stages of the election process.
