Bengaluru | The Karnataka State Haj Organizers Association (KSHOA) has issued an important advisory for all Haj 2026 pilgrims who are planning to travel through Private Haj Group Organizers (HGO’s) approved by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.
According to the latest instructions received from the Saudi Ministry of Haj & Umrah, all approved Indian HGO’s must complete several mandatory arrangements within fixed deadlines. These arrangements include Mashaer services in Mina and Arafat, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, ground transportation contracts and other essential services required for issuing final Haj permits.
KSHOA has warned that if these arrangements are not completed on time as per the Saudi schedule, pilgrims may face the risk of non-confirmation of their bookings.
Pilgrims Asked to Contact Approved HGOs Immediately
The Association has issued a circular dated 4 December 2025 advising all intending Haj 2026 pilgrims to urgently contact only Registered and Quota-Allotted Private Haj Group Organizers approved by the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
Pilgrims have been requested to complete their registration, submit all required documents and make timely advance payments to avoid any difficulties.
Payment Schedule for Haj 2026
To meet the Saudi Ministry’s deadlines, KSHOA has informed pilgrims to strictly follow the payment schedule given below:
* 1st Phase Payment: On or before 15 December 2025
* 2nd Phase Payment: On or before 15 January 2026
Any delay in payments may affect the confirmation of services arranged by the respective HGO.
Advisory Issued for Pilgrims’ Safety and Smooth Journey
KSHOA said that this advisory has been issued to ensure smooth completion of Saudi-side contracts, guaranteed accommodation and transportation, and to avoid last-minute problems or possible cancellation risks. The Association also emphasized the need for proper coordination between pilgrims and approved Private HGO’s.
Appeal to All Pilgrims and Media
KSHOA Chairman Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Siddiqui has appealed to all intending Haj 2026 pilgrims to act quickly, follow official instructions and stay in continuous contact with their respective HGO’s to ensure a safe and well-organized Haj journey.
He also requested all media organizations to kindly publish this important advisory so that the information reaches all pilgrims in time. “Your support will help ensure that pilgrims do not face any difficulties and can complete their Haj arrangements smoothly,” he said.
KSHOA has urged all intending Haj 2026 pilgrims who are planning to travel through Private Haj Group Organizers (HGO’s) to strictly follow the official guidelines and complete all formalities within the given deadlines to avoid any last-minute problems. The Association said that timely coordination with approved Private Haj Group Organizers is the only way to ensure a smooth, safe and confirmed Haj journey.
