Jaipur | Jamea Tul Hidaya is a unique educational institution that combines Islamic teachings with modern academic education. Founded by Hazrat Maulana Mohammed Abdur Rahim Mujaddidi, it was established after nearly 25 years of discussions with renowned scholars like Hazrat Maulana Syed Abulhasan Ali Nadvi. The idea was first introduced 75 years ago by Hazrat Maulana Mohammed Hidayat Ali Mujaddidi, and later brought to life by Hazrat Maulana Mohammed Abdur Rahim Mujaddidi through his tireless efforts and sacrifices. The institution aims to uplift the Muslim community by addressing educational, economic and political challenges.

The convocation ceremony of Jamea Tul Hidaya was held in Jaipur, where 88 students were awarded certificates – 79 in the Ifta Course and 9 in the Aalim Course. The event was graced by Dr. Saud Alam Qasmi, Professor at AMU Aligarh, Mohammed Fazlurrahim Mujaddidi, Ameer of Jamea tul Hidaya, and Mufti Mohd. Saeed, President of Imarat e Shariah, Tonk. Distinguished guests, including Dr. Muniri Atiqurrehman from Bhatkal, Maulana Shakirullah Sb. Rashadi, Janab Iqbal Sb. Chunawala, Dr. Mujahid, and others, also attended the ceremony.

Dr. Muniri Atiqur Rehman Moheddin, General Secretary of Rabita Society, Bhatkal and Member, All India Muslim Personal Law Board, who has been actively involved in social work for over two decades in Bhatkal and across Karnataka, addressed the convocation ceremony of Jamea Tul Hidaya in Jaipur.

While addressing the students, Dr. Muniri Atiqur Rehman congratulated the graduating students and said that, “I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the students receiving their certificates today. This moment is the result of your dedication and sacrifices. May Allah bless you with success and honor in the world and give you opportunities to serve society. Take the knowledge gained from this institution and spread its light not just in Jaipur, Rajasthan or India, but across the world.”

Dr. Muniri expressed his deep commitment to the community, stating, “Many Islamic scholars are present here today. I pray that until my last breath, I remain dedicated to the service of my community and nation. I am a simple person, but I am following the path shown by my late father, Moheddin Muniri, who devoted his life to the service of the people.”

Speaking about Hazrath Maulana Fazlur Rahim Mujaddidi Sahab, Dr. Muniri praised his leadership, saying, “Jaipur is fortunate to have a leader like Hazrath Maulana Fazlur Rahim Mujaddidi Sahab. May Allah bless him with the best of health and strength. The people of Bhatkal deeply respect him and wish to follow his guidance. His work is inspiring, and we must stand with him in his mission to serve both religion and humanity. His influence is not limited to India but resonates globally.”

Addressing the graduating students, he emphasized their responsibilities, saying, “You now carry great responsibilities. Your family, society and the world have high expectations from you. Stay determined, never look back, and follow the path of righteousness. True success lies in serving humanity with sincerity and integrity.”

Dr. Muniri also shared valuable life lessons, stating, “If we want to attain paradise, we must worship Allah, follow Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and serve humanity. Along with these, we need patience, tolerance and the ability to forgive. Before sleeping every night, seek forgiveness for any mistakes and forgive others, for life is uncertain.”

Encouraging students to pursue both religious and worldly education, Dr. Muniri said, “I urge all students to gain knowledge in various fields, including civil services and contribute to both religious and social causes. Life is short, and we must work for the pleasure of Allah, earning an honest livelihood. Our sustenance is in Allah’s hands, and we must trust His plans.”

Dr. Muniri Atiqur Rehman concluded his speech with prayers for the well-being of all and a strong message of dedication to education, service and faith.
