On September 23, Priyanka Gandhi interacted with MGNREGA workers at Munderi, Nilambur, and listened to their difficulties. Speaking to the media after the interaction, she said workers under MGNREGA and VB-G RAM G were facing problems because they were required to upload photographs and details of their work twice a day through the portal.

She pointed out that many workers in these areas face poor mobile connectivity, with no proper network or mobile towers, while the portal also sometimes does not function properly. According to her, this makes the process of uploading photographs twice a day difficult for the workers.

Priyanka Gandhi said the portal system should be changed or modified to address these difficulties. She also said that she would take up the issue with the concerned authorities and seek a meeting with the officials responsible for the portal.
