Patna, Bihar : Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi today addressed a massive gathering in Patna during the concluding event of the ‘Vote Adhikar Yatra’. In his speech, he strongly alleged that the BJP, with the help of the Election Commission, is involved in “vote theft” which is nothing but the theft of people’s rights.
Rahul Gandhi said the Yatra began in Bihar with the aim of protecting voters’ rights. He pointed out that in Maharashtra, elections were stolen from the Congress, NCP, and Shiv Sena alliance despite the people’s support. He claimed that nearly one crore new voters were added after the Lok Sabha elections, but all of them seemed to benefit only the BJP alliance, while opposition votes remained the same. “This is clear proof of election manipulation,” he stated.
Rahul Gandhi also referred to the Bengaluru Central constituency, where his party exposed the presence of over one lakh fake voters in one assembly segment. “We worked for months, checked the voter list page by page, and presented proof before the nation. But the Election Commission did not provide us the full voter list or video records,” he said, stressing that his party will continue to expose such malpractices.

Rahul Gandhi warned the youth of Bihar that ‘vote theft’ means more than just manipulating numbers. “It is the theft of your rights, your reservations, your jobs, your education, and your future. They will even take away your land and ration card and hand everything to a few big industrialists,” Rahul said.
He accused the same forces who killed Mahatma Gandhi of trying to destroy the Constitution written by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. “We will never allow them to kill the Constitution of India. Whatever happens, we will protect it,” he declared.
Rahul Gandhi praised the people of Bihar, especially the youth, for their revolutionary spirit and strong participation in the Yatra. He said the slogan “Vote chor gaddi chhod” has spread across Bihar, showing people’s anger against the BJP.
Sending a strong warning to the ruling party, Rahul Gandhi said, “In Bengaluru, Mahadevpura, we showed you the atom bomb of fake voters. Now get ready, the hydrogen bomb is coming. The truth about your vote theft will soon be known to the entire nation.”
He concluded by thanking the people of Bihar for their overwhelming support. “This Yatra has sent a powerful message from Bihar to the whole country – we will not allow vote theft. In the coming days, after the truth comes out, Narendra Modi ji will not be able to face the people of India,” Rahul Gandhi said.
