Bengaluru | Divine Service Forever Foundation (DSF), a registered non-profit and non-political organization, recently hosted a highly anticipated Graduates Meet at Samad House, Bengaluru. The event, held on the 24th of November 2024, was designed to empower graduates with essential values and skills needed to navigate their professional and personal journeys.

DSF Foundation is dedicated to nurturing students by instilling values such as consistent learning, truthfulness, and faithfulness. These values aim to equip young minds with the tools necessary to overcome challenges, make positive decisions and emerge as future leaders.

The DSF team comprises highly qualified professionals from diverse backgrounds, including scholars, doctors, engineers, lawyers, teachers, professors, academicians and entrepreneurs. The Divine Service Forever Foundation (DSF) hosted a significant Graduates Meet in Bengaluru, with Rizwan Arshad, MLA – Shivajinagar and Naseer Ahmed, Member of the Karnataka Legislative Council and Political Secretary to the Chief Minister of Karnataka, serving as the Chief Guests. Maulana Mahmood Madani, former MP of Rajya Sabha and President of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind and Bilkis Banu, Member of the Karnataka Legislative Council, were the Guests of Honour and Mustafa Hussain, Member – Karnataka Public Service Commission and former Prl. District and Sessions Judge | Jairam Raipura, IRS – Ex BBMP Special Commissioner & BDA Commissioner | Hamza Hussain, Commandant – 12th Batallion, Tumkur, KSRP, Karnataka | Mohd. Rafi Pasha, Deputy Commissioner, GST (KAR) and author of IAS/KAS books in Kannada & other guest speakers were present during the occasion.

The event focussed on empowering young Muslims and fostering community development. The event addressed various crucial topics, including the role of young Muslims in politics and nation-building, the importance of Muslims in civil services and administration and their contributions to charity and community representation. The discussions also highlighted the significance of Muslim representation in government jobs, bureaucracy and the judiciary, as well as the involvement of Muslim women in politics, bureaucracy, medical and professional fields. Emphasis was placed on the participation of Muslims in theology, ethics, moral building and business, promoting communal harmony and economic growth. Other key topics included combating cybercrime, the role of Ulama in community upliftment, nation-building and responsible use of social media. The overall aim was to create a corruption-free India and promote nationalism, underscoring DSF’s commitment to empowering the Muslim community and fostering inclusive growth.

Maulana Mahmood Madani’s Inspiring Speech at DSF Graduates Meet

While addressing the gathering, Maulana Mahmood Madani delivered an inspiring message, emphasizing the importance of sincerity and skill development. He stated, “Those for whom this work is being done should become sincere. I firmly believe that in today’s world, capable people are in demand. If you develop your abilities, regardless of your language, religion, style, or attire, the world will be compelled to work with you. There is a need to cultivate progress and capability. One kind of capability is skill, and another is our own moral character. Without a strong character, one cannot progress. Every job requires honesty, a gentle demeanor, and a willingness to serve others.”

Dr. Syed Muzameel Ahmed Highlights DSF Foundation’s Educational Efforts

While speaking to Dr. B R Abdul Wajid, Editor in Chief, The Deccan Front, Dr. Syed Muzameel Ahmed, Founder of the DSF Foundation, said that ‘a gathering of Muslim intellectuals, graduates, social workers and social thinkers attended the Graduates Meet’. He emphasized the foundation’s mission and accomplishments over the past 12 years. Dr. Ahmed shared that the DSF Foundation has been dedicated to providing basic education and Islamic knowledge to SSLC and PUC students. The foundation has reached over 75,000 students, visiting schools to train and counsel them on the importance of education, exam preparation and career planning. Dr. Ahmed highlighted the foundation’s efforts in rural areas, where they identified and supported students in their educational journey. As a result, many students have graduated and secured jobs or started their own businesses.

“Our aim is purely on education,” Dr. Syed Muzameel Ahmed concluded, underscoring the foundation’s commitment to fostering academic and professional growth among students.

Gaffar Baig, Former General Secretary of the Bengaluru Urban District Congress Committee’s Minority Department was also present at the event. Abid Hussain, President of DSF Foundation, Mentor Moulana Shaique Nadwi and trustees were present during the Graduates Meet in Bengaluru.
