New Delhi | Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has released a heartfelt message on social media, expressing his gratitude and giving final instructions to party workers and supporters as the election campaign comes to an end.
In his message, Rahul thanked the people of the country, all Congress Workers, India Alliance workers and the ‘Babbar Shers’ of the Congress Party for their immense support. He acknowledged the tireless efforts of the workers who fought for every inch during the campaign.
“This election is about saving the constitution and protecting India’s institutions,” Rahul said. “We have managed to control the narrative and presented a new vision for India, focusing on the poor, farmers, small and medium businesses and unemployed youth.”
Rahul Gandhi also mentioned the formation of the India Alliance government. He noted that despite intellectuals and thought leaders asking the Prime Minister to debate with him, the debate did not take place. He commented that it is no longer possible as the Prime Minister has gone on a “maun vrat”.
As polling day approaches, Rahul Gandhi urged all ‘Babbar Sher’ workers of the India Alliance to stay at the polling booths until the last minute. He emphasized the importance of keeping a close watch on the EVM machines to ensure fair conduct until the very end.
The message concludes with Rahul Gandhi’s call for continued vigilance and dedication from the party workers, reinforcing the importance of their role in the democratic process.
